AKD REIT Management Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company on May 18th, 2009 under the companies’ ordinance, 1984.

The core objective of the company is to manage REIT scheme i.e. developmental, rental or hybrid REIT, which are Trust based close end mutual fund(s), listed at stock exchange(s), allowing small investors an opportunity to invest in real estate through capital market.

The Company was granted license to carry out REIT management services on 23rd July 2010 under the Non-Banking Finance companies (Establishment and Regulation) Rules. Further, the company has also obtained certificate of commencement of business on 16th November 2010.
